Domestic Shipping (Jordan)
Orders within Jordan are delivered within 48 hours from order confirmation.

Shipping Times
International delivery times range from 3 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country, shipment weight, and local customs clearance procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp (+962 78 705 8740) to monitor your shipment status until delivery.
Returns
International returns are accepted within 14 to 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge as long as the order status has not changed to "Processing" or "Shipped." Once the order enters processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and our standard Return Policy will apply instead.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and package weight, and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the customer's sole responsibility.
